•  Canine Concierge, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing animal-assisted therapy (AAT) services, announced its establishment with the sole mission of improving the lives of individuals in our community. Founded by Michael Stokes, a retired IT contractor with a deep passion for helping others, Canine Concierge aims to bring joy, comfort, and healing through specially trained and certified therapy dogs provided to hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, senior citizens’ centers, and police stations, free of charge.

• Michael’s inspiration behind Canine Concierge comes from his Kuwaiti rescue dog, who recently passed away after 14 years of unwavering loyalty and companionship. Seeking to honor his beloved furry friend and give back to the community that supported him throughout his career, Michael embarked on this noble endeavor.

 Our mission at Canine Concierge Corporation is to provide certified and trained therapy dogs to medical facilities, long-term healthcare centers, senior citizen centers, and the police to improve the mental health and well-being of those in need. We strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment for our therapy dogs and their handlers and ensure that they are well-trained and certified to provide the highest quality of care. We are committed to providing a two-month obedience and housebreaking course, and a six-month process of training and certification for our therapy dogs and to providing on-demand smile delivery to those in need. We believe that animal-assisted therapy can be a powerful tool in the recovery process of patients, and we are dedicated to helping those in need through our services.
